AIV Again.. where is my rental income??

I wish I could there was a less than 1 star option. I have not recieved rental income this month. I have emailed and recieved no response. It looks like this will be a monthly occurrence. The incompetence is overwhelming. This is for 19 Sunbird - Marise and Imran were both e-mailed.

I was told it was released on the 02nd?? And I still don't see the funds reflecting. I have asked for proof that it was made and I am still waiting. Your apology is not accepted.
