Unprofessional & Rude !!!!

My late husband sadly nominated this company as executor in his will. The 1st copy of his will, they " lost" Just after my husband passed away , I phoned & emailed asking for advise on certain matters , I did not have a response & after many attempts , I left a message with reception for Mt Elsworth to call me back.

Well , I was ever so sorry , as he was rude abusive , suggested that at the age of 68 years old I should" get a Job"

If anyone has lost a loved one - this is the last thing one deserves or would like to hear from someone I have NEVER met nor would like to......and I might add getting paid to do a simple job.

The "service " was non existent , until after 20 months+- they wanted me to sign an heirs advise & close this matter !!!

Then the pressure to sign was on !!!!

Unprofessional , unsympathetic ........adjectives elude me.
