Shocking Customer Service

Worst customer service ever. The man in charge, Eugene just ignores you when we have repeatedly requested meeting to resolve our problems with our IT. If you withhold payment to try and get their attention they simply ignore you and cut all services. Not the kind of service you would expect from any company in this tough economy.
