Worst quality

I ordered 7 items from Airydress. My order eventually arrived (later than promised) and I cannot wear one item. The quality and size is so bad! It literally looks like they have used stock footage for the items, but then commission the cheapest labour and fabric to make the article - which looks nothing like the picture. One wool item is so thin that you can see my skin through the jersey.

I complained to them, only to receive a reply to the effect that it would cost ME too much to return it, so I can either take a 50% coupon to spend on their online store again, or a 30% return.

I will not spend another cent on this website so they can forget a 50% coupon. I don't see why I need to pay the postage charges to return items to them. No other online store does that. 30% return on my total spend is a joke.

They are in contravention of the Advertising Standards Authority and the South African Consumer Protection Act. They are to give me a full refund and I have advised them as much. Now we wait and see. I do not think that they will respond. I will take action against them if they do not.
