Very very bad experience

I am very upset with this company. I ordered a dress online and paid the full required amount as well as additional costs that was communicated to me at the time.

It has been almost two months now and I have not received my dress! I did however receive an email for MORE additonal costs that was NOT communicated anywhere when I was purchasing the dress.

I have emailed Airydress multiple time and still no response.

This company is extremely unprofessional and I have now lost all money spent.

I am very unpleased and would not recommend anyone to waste money on any of their products because they will only take your money and you will never receive the product paid for.
