Still waiting for my order to arrive !

I placed and paid for my order on 13 /09/2017 . I still have not received my order a month later . I tried to make contact and I was emailed back to be patient . Now I hear that the courrier has it since the 27 /09 /2017? Really ? Very bad service ! Definitely will not make use of your services again !
