Shoddy Clothing Quality
The ordering and shipping service is swift and very good. I wish I could say the same about the quality of their clothing. The adverti*****t and pictures are totally different to the actual products. I have never ever had that kind of poor quality material in my entire life. This is definitely not value for money, I got the shipment on the 20 September and I was shocked. I sent a complaint to the customer service team this morning and hope this will be responded to and something will be done about it.

27 Sept 2017, 11:41The service team responded the very next day and were very swift in resolving my complaint. I have been refunded the money is already credited to my account. I was also told that I don't have to spend unnecessary money to try and ship back the clothes. They have also promised to improve the quality of their clothing. I hope that the quality aspect will be priority as I really like their style of clothing. Thank you :-)
