Shipment

I made my order on the 23rd of February, today it is the 28th of March and I still don't have my clothes. When they finally shipped my clothes into the country I kept tracking the order and then I realised that it was taking longer than it should, so I made contact again, the only thing they had to offer was a tracking number I already had and I was told to be a bit more patient, I ended up making contact with their courier company BUFFALO who then decided to tell me that I had a customs fee I needed to pay, had I not contacted their courier who supposedly had to send me an sms to notify me of these fees till today I wouldn't know what is going on, the lady I was chatting with on their website was rude as well. Till today I still don't have my stuff
