REFUSING TO REFUND

<p>On the 17th of May 2017, I purchased online 2 Jackets from Airydress which came to a total of R 681.02. I qualified for free delivery. Ok, and on the 25 of May I received an email from courier it saying I need to pay an amount of R692.79 in order for them to deliver my parcel. I asked why, Mmathapelo (Lady from courier it) told me its for customs tax. </p> <p>When I bought the clothes online, I went through the T/Cs and NOTHING advised me as their customer that they will be extra charges. So I spoke to Miriam from Airydress, took her through the whole situation. She promised to sort it and refund me, till today I haven't received my refund. Her and her team are giving me a run around.</p> <p> </p> <p>AIRYDRESS are dragging this thing on purpose, at every shop or online shopping site refunds are done quickly, I always buy online. I am not sure whether they are trying to **** me or what. </p> <p> </p> <p>Becareful when you buy from them as they promise but never DO what they promise thier customers. </p> <p> </p> <p>REFUND ME PLEASE. </p>
