Refund dispute

Hi there i bought some items on this site in nov2018 on sale these goods vauled at r1000.00 plus they said free delivery.to my suprize it wasnt got a call from shipping company saying i must pay for customes R400, told i was not informed if these charges i wont pay. Informed airydress of this nothing was done until today they didnt refund me my money until today they wanna give half of it and yet i got no goods on my hands emailed twice same responce. All i want is my money back ive been doing shopping online with other companies they have never ****** me takealot and planet 55.i want my money and ill never buy there again, please help.
