Poor Service and website lies

some ladies and i decided to give airydress a try, order over R670 and shipment is Free Shipment is 5-7 working day, well what a joke, once we placed our order for just over R1000 it took 5 days to simply process my order and payment only then did it get shipped, once it was shipped on arrival in south africa i was told i need to pay an extra R219 for shipping fees, which i was not told about or made aware of, this is not what the website advertised, if i had known this would take this long and not as long as the website told us or that there would be extra costs i wouldnt have ordered, this has been highly dissapointing and the email bounces back and the phones just ring i had to contact them on facebook to get any answers, i would highly recommend people try get all the information first or dont bother wasting your time,
