False Advertising and Delivery Times

Placed and order on the 31st of october and order has not been delivered , sent various complaints and responses take days , I want a full refund as the order was suppose to be delivered within 5 to 7 days. This is totally unproffessional and bad advertising and commitments will not advise anyone to buy for this portal ever
