Dreadful quality goods - dreadful customer service

<p>Purchasedthree dresses from Airydress because they were listed as cotton. One dress was cancelled from the order by them so two arrived. They were horrible. Made from the cheapest, tackiest fabric you can imagine. Like a mix of plastic and swimsuit fabric. Certainly not cotton. There was no care label on either dress so it is impossible to say what they were made off but at a guess 100% synthetic fibres.</p> <p>The company refused to cover the return costs expecting me to be liable for them although they were in breach of their contract to supply the goods as described. Despite multiple emails the company have refused to refund the full amount paid for the dresses. They are offering only a coupon in lieu of postage costs which is unacceptable. I wouldn't buy anything from them again so a coupon is of no benefit to me.</p> <p>Having searched for other customer issues online, I have found a number of customers who have received substandard goods, i.e. not as described, cheap, poor quality fabric and unfinished detailing.</p> <p>Stay away and spend your money elsewhere. This company's goods ship from China and are rarely made from decent fabric although advertised as such. Very much like the photos you see online of a fabulous dress advertised and then a cheap knock off arrives instead.</p>
