Airydress Poor Quality, Poor Customer Service

Where to start. The order arrived 4 weeks late and then had to pay extra on a dress which I had already paid for but was not being delivered because they did not include duties in the original price quoted. When I finally received the clothes and pair of boots I was disappointed and shocked. Poor quality and looks nothing like the pictures. The clothes and boots are far to small as well and desperate to return the items and get my refund.

2 emails and 1 inquiry sent to return and get a refund and to date no response. I am not prepared to lose the money on the items and just want to know how I can return the items. I will never order from them again
