Airydress - Lack of service

I bought a dress online from this shop. Firstly, it came late, 24 days after they said 5 - 8 days. Secondly, the quality was not up to standard, not at all worth what I paid. Thirdly, I asked to have the dress returned and be refunded and they are taking they're time to get back to me. This is the most horrifyingly **** service I have ever gotten from an online shop. They are the worst and I would NEVER recommend them to anyone.
