AiryCloth Shopping... *******!!

I placed an order and paid. Instantly got a confirmation email and a tracking number and notice of despatch the next day. However, I still have not received my order! Their supposed customer service form never gets responded to, the tracking system is total nonsense and their seems to be no way to actually get hold of anyone. All automated online FAQ's but no contact details and they never respond. Never buy from them, it's ********** and blatant thievery!!
