Air freshener doesnt work after 1x usage

Good day,

I bought air wick air freshener, the 280ml I could spray it at least once before it decided not to work so I got a full container, but cant use it

now if I try to get hold of any number on their website , the number either doesn't work / exist or lines are for ever congested - so you cant get through

this is really radicicolous

I would never ever support air wick with anything ever , their products are useless and a real disappointment !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
