Refusal to pay refund

They refuse to pay me my money back of R50 000. I cancelled the order within 7 days of full payment and they agreed to pay. They never paid, I took matter to CGSO and she made arrangement and she never followed Then escalated to NCC but never got any feedback.

This is since November 2016, Airwear still owes me R50 000.
