Buy and Get Promotion:<br> <br> We bought an air conditioner in December and registered the same day for the Buy and Get promotion. We never received the last sms with the pin number to claim our promotional item that was included with our purchase. We found out that they had promotion on their aircon's, buy that item and get a weekend away or flight tickets for free\. You do not stand a chance to win it BUT get it. We are now sick and tired of having to jump through hoops to get an item that was promised as part of the purchase. Nowhere did the promotion say that it's going to be very difficult to get your prize. Samsung please phone me as your sales agent is already at wits end.<br> "
