Poor Response When Attending to Accident Claims

i have been waiting 3 months on your companies insurance to contact me regarding to damage caused by one of your vehicles.<br> <br> I have since then had to repair my vehicle as i could not wait any longer nor has anyone taken the liberty to update me about the follow up process regarding to compensation.<br> <br> I have really had it you guys caused financial implication in my pocket fixing damage we i never caused and i want you guys to simply acknowledge the fault that your insurance.<br> <br> being that december is the month of family and happiness i had to dig deep to get my vehicle sorted while you folks had a nice holiday.<br> <br> its fairly simple all im asking is for you guys to get into contact with me and stop avoiding my emails and im really starting to wonder that you guys dont care <br> <br> so please make contact with me as soon as possible as i will not wait another month for action to be taken in this matter
