AIRSAT SOLUTIONS - WORST SERVICE EVER!

On 2 January 2019, I received a quotation from Airsat Solutions for the fit and supply of an airconditioner for my residence, which I accepted telephonically the next day, agreeing an installation date of 7 January 2019. On 7 January, Mark contacted me to say that they were going to attend upon the premises at noon. At 12:30 on the same day, I was informed that they do not have that particular airconditioner model in stock, and that I must wait for some time that week. I agreed. I then followed up on 9 January, and was informed that it was arriving the next day, for installation on 10 January 2019. I followed up on 10 January to see when they would be at my house, only to hear that Mark was “waiting for the guys to come back from site”. On 11 January, I followed up again, only to be told that they had a bigger job which they were under pressure to complete, and so would attend on the next working day which was Monday 14 January. I followed up on 14 January, only to be told that they would drop off the airconditioning unit that same day, and the installation would take place the next day. Predictably, nobody arrived with the airconditioner and there was no communication as to why. I then followed up on 15 January, and was informed that “guys that work on basic plus commission so I’m most cases of its hot like this they prefer repairs and service which doesn’t take much of their time like installations”, and that they can make “that same money in less than an hour” if they attend to repairs and services vs installations. It is two weeks since I accepted the quote. I have had to do all of the following up, there has been excuse after excuse from their side, and the conduct has been completely unprofessional to say the least. My advice, if you are looking for airconditioner installation, is to avoid Airsat Solutions like the plague unless you want to be messed around, **** to, and then informed that you they are not making enough money out of you to justify any kind of decent service. What a complete waste of time! This provider is to be avoided at all costs.
