NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT

I intended to hire a car for a said period and found one on [URL Removed] - however in error i had booked the wrong car, and within an hour i emailed to request to change the vehicle. They rep**** that they cannot get the vehicle altered, i however called the car hire company and got the vehicle requested. What is the purpose of a car hire agency if they cannot be an \agent"and handle requests and changes? The client has to liase with the car hire company and if you cancel you dont get R1500 returned- even if they dont do their job. People should not use this company especially South Africans- it is a **** to take a \""non-refundable deposit\"".
