Worst of the worst

I had the worst booking experience of my life with this Guesthouse.When I arrived,there was a raging party full of minors drinking alcohol with loud music. They escorted me to my room and said the noise levels would go down soon. When we got to the room which was adjacent to the main gate,we were met with old and worn out furniture and the blinds were dismembered. What topped it all off and my ultimate breaking point was the fact that every single window in the room,kitchen and bathroom had no latches nor burglar bars. I had my 2 children with me and I couldn't stay here. We had traveled from far so they gave us another room at a sister lodge(Airport Imperial) when I said I would report them. We got to the sister lodge at around 23:00 and I was once again met with a ton on intoxicated minors,in and out of the property. It was truly an appealing sight. The lady there said there was a breakdown in communication and she was not aware that we would be coming. She promised us a room from 11pm till she said that the room they had was not of a good standard. She had boys with their girlfriends going in and out of the rooms like a brothel. Their manager could not be found and all we got was that we must go back to the first lodge.I have never been to a property where customer care doesn't matter like this. Please do not make the mistake I made of booking the place.They do not want to refund me and I have had to book another place for my kids and I. My holiday was ruined
