Only money matters

Since having spent a entire month at this place, my daughter was traumatized when the receptionist rudely told her to pay her bill three days before her check out date. She was also told to take her bags in the morning so that they can have the room open to book out. The amount charged was much more than it was supposed to be. No one is able to assist with the query except that it is the price. Some of her things were left in the fridge and we were told to have it ubered to us an pay. they are not interested in our concern and query. Spending all that money was not worth it at all.
