Terrible customer service and theft of my money.

<p>About a week ago (not sure if the dates) I made a car booking with Airport Rentals, with Ref IM ********** . A day or two later I cancelled the booking and anyway they went to my bank account they went to debit but there were no funds available. On Sunday funds were deducted twice from my bank account. Firstly who gave them permission to go back to my bank account? Secondly I cancelled the booking why go back to my account? Thirdly three transactions took place on my account on the 05/02/2017 of the amounts R586.80 & R606.11 + R50.70. This shows that there's a lot of discrepancies or dishonesty going on. I WANT MY MONEY BACK into my account. This is a lot of money for a transaction I have cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances.</p>
