A LONG ROAD TO WAL****

<p>My husband and I were recently married on the 30th APril 2016. We had planned a little break as from the 4th May 2016 to the 8th May 2016. Plans were made via airports rental for a hired vehicle. The night we made the booking we were provided with an e-mail containing a hyperlink on which we would click, make payment and thereafter receive confirmation. Payment was made and the money deducted from my husbands bank account. Thinking all was in order we arrive in Cape Town and make our way to the car rental company only to be advised that were have no reservation. Perturbed we call Airports Rental who take 15 minutes just to comprehend what was going on. Alternate plans were made and we had requested an immediate refund. We are now faced in a sitatution where we need to constantly follow up. No one at Airports rental is able to trace the payment or anything. Not only was it a dissappointing s**** to our holiday, we were left stranded without a vehcile!!!! </p>
