My vehicle disappeared

This company has zero controls in ensuring cars left with them are returned to its rightful owners. This past Tuesday evening I arrived back to airport returning from a business trip to collect my vehicle and was told that I collected my already. It ended up that my vehicle was given to another individual 4 hours early as the individual on duty did not bother to check and ensure he gave the vehicle at the rightful owner. It seems the company works on the basis of you arriving provide them with a surname and they happy to hand over keys and you on your way. A serious risk and they cannot be trusted. Considering the seriousness on this matter I would have expected a phone from company official and 2 days later still nothing after all the inconvenience, stress, panic, I had to endure. Do not recommend their services
