Damaged and not even the courtesy of an apology

They damaged my car while it was in their possession. They ripped my floor mats holders straight from the body of the car. I complained but no one even called to apologise to take any responsibility for the damage. Don’t leave your valuable asset with them ever! No respect for other people’s things! Pathetic service too!
