APS PARKING CPT THEFT

Will never use this company again and would not advise them to anyone again. Came back to Cape Town from Jhb trip and found the data cable in the vehicle missing, this is something that is never removed and have never had an issue with anyone trying to remove this, as it's used for my mapping system. After going to desk to inform its gone, the way the matter was handled, was truly pathetic, with no customer care skills. I was told to call a Colleen, who was extremely rude and defensive and not helpful at all. I was told they would look for cable and call me back but it's 2 days later and still nobody has called. It has now cost be R450 to replace the cable and APS takes no responsibility for this theft. Will not use them again.
