Airport Parking Joburg

I have used APJ sevices many times before and had good service. Unfortunately this changed when we used them in November 2024 to attend a wedding in Stellenbosch. On our teturn our car was ready and on time. As soon as we pulled off my husband noticed a huge round crack on our windscreen. We stopped immediately and returned to the lady that handed our car over. Asked if she knows anything. Without a hesitation she just rep****, I don’t know anything about it. Another guy by said he will inform his boss to contact us. Next 2 days we heard nothing. My husband had to call them to find out. In the meantime we discovered a big dent on the roof as-well. Clearly someone hit something, a big bird or something. The Owner confirmed that there was no such damage when we handed the car to them before we left. ( They check every scratch and mark before they take the car and mark it on a paper). Said he wil investgate and get back to us asap. That was end November and he just never returned with any explication. Luckily there are many of these drop off parking companies because I will never use them again, i also have made sure that our company with 180 staff who regularly travels to conferences will also not use them again.
