Unbelievable Thozie!!

We recently had a problem paying for our parking for a few days with a chip and pin credit card that was not accepted. I went looking for the Parkade administration office and so very fortunately for us found the amazing Thozie! Our tariff was R980 and I only had R800 in cash which he said was fine. He gave us a ticket and told us to call him we at the exit booms so he could arrange for them to open for us. All worked well but that evening I saw the credit card payment had also gone through! I got hold of Thozie who arranged our immediate reimbur*****t-personally paying at an ATM and whatsapping me the proof of payment-all the while devastated that he had inconvenienced us-he is one in a million that appreciates his customers and knows how to take care of them!
