Car damaged on return

Returned from travels. Received car at 6PM. Delivery person did not assist in doing a post delivery inspection on the vehicle. Car was parked and delivered to me in a dark park of the street (drop off area) at the airport. On returning home I noticed several scratches on the front window. The window is brand new as I had it replaced due to chip damage within the last year. On contacting Airportparkade, within 24 hours, I did tell them that the scratches were not there on the pre inspection. I got a quick reply saying, please refer to 4.3 where it states that any damages must be reported immediately. Therefor they cannot assist in any way. Short and sweet.<br> They will not receive any business from me ever. Word of advice, be careful!
