Shocking service

Absolute terrible service received at Thrifty car rentals. No one available to direct where we ought to go to return our rented car (NO signage whatsover). We stood in a que where the agents were clearly in no hurry to assist anyone. Only to discover we had to report to a different desk. No effort was made to assist or guide us. (Furthermore, when we rented te car the manager was clearly in a very bad mood because despite her staff booking out cars for guests -she was prowling like a tigeress without any hospitality, tearing up papers and shouting! Shocking... We surely wont be using Thrifty ever again.
