BILLED MY ACCOUNT

App**** online to rent a car and they took their money online. When I got to the airport at AVIS they couldn't process the rental they said they don't use debit card,yet again they managed to debit my account it being a debit card.So I wanted a refund of my money they told me stories that some international **** what not.All I ask is for my money back since they couldn't provide me with service.
