Be Careful

<p>I recently booked a car via Airport Car Rentals. I then got an offer for reduced insurance which I eventually accepted. However, on collecting the vehicle at Cape Town Airport I was informed that there is no evidence of this insurance being added to my booking and refusing to honor the agreement made with me. Yet it does indicate on my bank statements that it was collected separately from my booking. </p> <p>This was truly a bad experience and although the booking price was the best at booking this made the booking double and one of the more expensive ones. I will think twice before using Airport Car rental or Dollar Thrifty Car rental again.</p>
