Avis Refund

<p>I rented a car at Avis Kimberley on 20 June 2016 and returnef it on 20 July 2016, the car was checked and it was fault less and i was promised my refund (the deposit i paid when i got the car) within a period of 14 to 30 days just because i was using an FNB Cheque account, i made several follow ups until i was told the money was refunded on 27 July 2016. went to fnb, got a statement which indicated the Opposite and Avis consultant told me there is nothing they can do because Avis dont owe me anything. i need help with the matter please . just want my money back that's all.</p>
