When booked a ride was advised to be @ pick-up point @ 6.45 am. One day of pick-up, call from them @ 6.35 am to say " bus is waiting for me ". Advised caller that i was told @ 6.45 am pick-up, time. I told her, will try my best. @ 6.40 am, was called again by same caller to say " bus is waiting ".

@ Airport, pick-up point, bus delayed by 10 minutes as driver was awaiting instructions from their office to depart.
