No Airport pickup as promised

<p>I arranged an airport pickup with Airport Bus Transport (Durban) from Yarningdale North Beach for the 4th July 2017 at 4 AM. I waited from 3:45 AM until 4:45 AM and they didn’t arrive. I called Kristen at 4:20 AM. She told me that the driver came at 4:05 AM and left because he didn’t see me. I told her that I was waiting outside on the road with a Security Guard and never saw their vehicle pass by. She told me that their vehicles have cameras to prove that they came. I told her that my building also has CCTV cameras to prove that they never came. I had to pay a private taxi R 480 to get to the airport to avoid missing my flight. On my return home, I called the company to speak to a Manager by the name of Arusha. She promised to revert to me but didn’t. After finally getting hold of her after calling 5 times, she gave me the same lies that Kristen did, so I told her to prove it with their vehicle video footage which she promised to send. It is now 10 days later and I am still waiting.</p> <p>This was the second time that they failed to pick me up. When I spoke to my friends, they informed me that they experienced the very same issue. So if Airport Bus Transport don’t have enough passengers for a specific time, they don’t pitch and blatantly lie to you that you weren’t outside. So be careful about using this ***** and dishonest company especially if you don’t want to miss your flight.</p>
