Bad management and Customer services for 2021

I have been using this service for years , but this year 2021 the services are bad. First When I booked the trip from Durban central to the Airport, When the driver came to fetch me, he made me sit at the front sit with my luggage's. Two months after, I was coming from JHB and landed at 20:00 at night. when I go to check the shuttle it was gone, while the office says , " You don't have to book your trip from King Shaka just go to the public transport area" .. And when i called no one answered . a week after when i wanted to book a trip from Durban central to the Airport, the lady on the phone says, the is no shuttle for people who will be catching a flight early than 8 in the morning... Is the management changed or this company doesn't want to charter for customers anymore? Isn't that your schedule for shuttle goes with the fight times for that day? .. Ima very Disappointed in this company , I used to recommend this services to a lot of people .. but now, never again!!
