won a competition on the 13th November 2015, which said stand a chance to win R1000.00 in cash and an Airoma hamper, which I won. I received the hamper within days but I haven't received the cash prize and now the facebook page is not responding to my inboxes and I have phoned them multiple times with no help at all. The worse thing is that the lady who won after me received everything in time.
