Appalling customer service.

I've been trying to Transfer an existing esim from an old phone to a new one. The process has been a nightmare. Customer service reps give me different information depending on which channel I try to connect with, WhatsApp, email, or on the phone. I've spent hours trying to resolve this and still stuck with an existing number which has plenty of data and airtime allocated to it, and a new number that arrived with a new QR code that I can't use.
