Looks like a possible ****, they advertise a product, then claim their invoicing system made a mistake and did not add the VAT, so they try to get more money out of you, by emailing you asking for an outstanding amount before they send the product, they say they have escalated the query and it's their fault but you never receive the product and they stop responding to email
