Worst service ever by airlink going to Zimbabwe

Worst service ever treated to my diplomat client by the supervisor her name was Prudy Matshinge. We having a sick elderly person we were made to wait for 60mins because of a 2 grams difference. We had to beg but she told us she doesn't care because the clients were from outside the country but there were diplomat clients. Clients were booked on a business class but treated like shi.... T by the supervisor. I need steps done to deal her and we will take even further to see justice done. So disappointed by the airlink
