Worst service ever

I booked a flight in Nov 2021 & i was meant to travel on the 25th Dec 2021 however i couldn't because i just recovered from covid. I then sent them a mail prior to departure canceling my ticket and request a refund. After waiting for 2 months for my refund I've been told that I'll get R141,00 and yet i bought the ticket for R1136. What silliness is that, why would an airline take 90% of the ticket money. Yes i understand that there'll be charges however the amount they are taking is rediculous. It's a day light *******, these airlines are robbing us. I want my money back, i don't care if they block me not to use their ever. They not the only airline in SA, let alone that their seats are not even comfortable. Blady pathetic airline
