Worst service ever

Never in my entire career working abroad have I ever encountered such bad service. The flight and its crew are great but try and call any division of airlink. Don’t waste your time they never aswer the phone. The quality of their pre recorded options is of such bad quality that you can barely hear. They have lost my luggage on the 21st July between OR Tambo and Cape town International and it is impossible to find it or speak to a person regarding this matter
