Worst Experience Ever

Tickets purchased and checking in at counters at OR Tambo, when one gets treated like ******** with your own kids (minors). New policy that original birth certificate and/or passport of minors be submitted before you may get tickets (this was never necessary for inland travel?). We had to run around and get copies emailed and printed by staff, only to be told no copies allowed. When trying to resolve this, the staff do not even make eye contact or try to assist. This was the worst experience ever, complete disrespect and contempt towards paying customers. Tickets had to be cancelled at own cost.
