Worst customer service at from Airlink airline

I am so angry with the service my mother has received from Airlink yesterday 09 May 2022 while trying to board from OR Tambo to Umthatha . What infuriates me is that she was at the airport way early but the airline failed to assist her with boarding and instead was sent all over to go print a document that was clearly visible on her phone all while she was travelling with in infant. 1. I mean how do you tell a pensioner carrying an infant that she needs to go find printer at the airport for a document that is on her phone when she needs to board in less than an hour. 2. She went to the counter to get assisted with a child and get get directions instead she is told to go print first , while carrying a bag and a child! This is how she missed the flight as she was checked in already and simply wanted help with boarding gate , she didn't even have a bag to check in. 3. When she comes back from the gates as by now she has obviously missed the flight from being sent all over ,again she is told they cant help her instead of being redirected to tickets office to book a flight for the next day. How are staff at your counters unable to direct someone to a tickets office to rebook as this the last flight out to Umthatha ! So my 61 year old mother carrying an infant must walk around like a stupid person asking strangers to find your ticket office because the people who work at airlink’s response is just to say sorry we cant help you ! So explain to me after paying R2700 for your flight , what warrants this treatment when she had all documents on her phone and showed it to your staff and was told to look for a printer ! I am livid because I now need to spend R2500 again all because of horrific service from your staff. What is the point of passenger assistance if people simply ignore you? I have yet to receive any feedback from Airlink after I sent an email and tagged them on twitter ! You should be ashamed
