What is Airlink doing?!

Airlink is the only airline that was late, had rude staff, lost my bag and failed to take responsibility for any of this all in a single flight. Usually when one of these things happen they truly have the power to rub you the wrong way, but everything all at once is just hilarious. As for the lost bag it took them two months to come up with a one page document to explain how it was not actually their issue. Guess I'm unreasonable for expecting an airline to make sure my bag arrives safely.
