Went above and beyond to assist

I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to the Airlink staff at Port Elizabeth Airport. My elderly parents ,both in there eighties, were traveling to Johannesburg and required assistance, and the staff were not only incredibly friendly and helpful but also very sensitive to their needs throughout the entire process. A special thanks to a staff member who went above and beyond to assist me, even though her counter was displaying a 'closed' sign. We had forgotten to request elderly assistance in Port Elizabeth, but the team acted swiftly and efficiently to resolve the issue. Once again, I deeply appreciate the kindness, sensitivity, and support of the staff
