Voucher issue

Worst service ever. I made a booking with them last year and never got to travel due to Covid, first lockdown. I have been emailing them asking for a voucher for my unused ticket but they never respond to emails.Tried calling them and always they will be experiencing high volume calls. Upto now l havent gotten my voucher. Very disappointed
